Sensei's

Imma be a sensei soon ^^

I noticed 3 sensei's quit so once i get to be a sensei i will make up where they lack and take

the first [size=+3]45[/size] students to ask me.... once i passs all the tests that is ^^

So no worries ^^

If u take that much students in the beginning ull leave very soon just like tsunadehime or ur training will be very bad

thats why there needs to be reforms done. like have a way where say the top student of hells can train his other, newer students

yeah, reforms are needed, but there's a lot to discuss before doing them

there's actually enough senseis on NB.. it's just that some of them are inactive or don't take us much students as they can... and there's no way to change that =(

yeah thats the main problem though...we need a more efficient way to get sensei's then the current system. thats what i'm advocating

thats one of the problems..but there needs to be a more efficient way to get people who volunteer to be sensei's through the exam's..like more people looking through the applications, more people giving out the tests. and also having where the more experienced students can teach the newer ones in the sensei's absence..

That would be good. like you can get a sensei to train like 5 sempais, then have the sempais teach 5 noobs each the stuff you taught them. That would be good cause then you could easily train like 30 people just like that.

thats an idea...the main point of this thread is to generate ideas to help get more people involved in the role playing aspect on nb, more specifically the fighting

Even for Neut's idea we'd still need like 10 more senseis to handle just how many people battle in the Arena. And that would be just to get a good amount of sempais.

senpais are actually not much diff from senseis except that they can't chose their own students..
