I honestly disagree with Senpais teaching Gen and Tai jutsu and with ninjutsu, i believe we should only teach the lower ranked ones, maximum of C-Rank. Not the higher ones. And only in special occasions with the permission of our sensei.
To be a senpai you don't pass a test and most of us are not on the level of most of the sensei neither in skill, knowledge or experience. Thats why we can't teach it all. If so, why have the two categories of teachers?
If and when senpais want to teach ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu, submit your application for senseiship and take the sensei test. Simple.
I see no harm or no big mistake in the current system.

, ok back on-topic, Yard is my Senpai and i respect him to the fullest and to be honest i would love to learn as much as i could from him and maybe one day surpass him ( not anytime soon xd ) it would be nice to see yard teach gen/tai this way i dont have to look for a sensei and fail everytime mainly bcs theres a short list of them and they are either too ignorant to teach others or always have an excuse ( not pointing any fingers ), but i was curious what are the requierments to becoming a sensei? just wondering i am not planning on attempting to try it out either.
