Exactly, i don't like training it, because it's so simple and boring and i've got alot of other students :|

And sensei would have more time for training other things, if people weren't so selfish and didn't want to be trained like 5 things at once.

It was a and/or thing not all at once, and also sensais would have more time for training if the sempais could do more...right

a lot of points raised on this thread are valid, though I agree with Dan, there is a reason the sensei tests are in place, and that is to ensure that only rpers who know the techniques and can use them in battle to a high enough standard can become one. With the senpai system, there is merely the trust of the sensei you work under that you are good enough, and in recent months this has backfired on a few senseis, so I honestly cant see why this would be allowed, especially seen as it would make senseis essentially obsolete

I understand the test thing too but the sempais could have a test as well, not that it would do any good as most of the sensais/mods disagree on the jutsu that the test is suppose to prove their understanding of yet they pass with a different outlook on the same jutsus

A sempai is a sensei's responsibility and they choose them how they want to. Weather it be a test or just checking out how they rp, or being a former student.

But sensei can't always help it when sempai f*ck up, as we have seen before. It's like babysitting, we can't always keep an eye on them.

agree with you there bud, which is why its important senseis pick people who they can trust, rather than any randomer who spams up your profile asking for the position

And I'm not complaining I'm just talking about the topic....there are ways around things you don't know (cj), yes I do want training but not to the point that I'm going to complain about it

Well, look at Lok, he is a tai specialist and can teach it as he has shown great skill with tai. Which makes sense.

If another sempai stood out as being great with nin gen or tai, i would understand that they could teach it, like we have sempai for elements such as ice, crystal and sand. But without first proving your knowledge of it's useage and standing out as a good user, it's just not going to happen.
