Sasuke's teleportation "prep time"

A lot of people keep saying that Sasuke's S/T needs preparation time because he said "I'll get my left eye ready".

-If you seriously think that he's preparing for his S/T and not amaterasu, then you're trying too hard to find fault.

Ftg needs that "cooldown" too. Every jutsu has cooldown in this case.

Just like MS its like going blind over and over, the only thing keeping the tomoe's from going away forever is hashirama's cells I believe.

Though I seriously doubt the teleport is because of the eye because when sasuke was falling in lava he wasn't looking or anything but instantly appeared behind Naruto.

We've only seen that one time since and he hasn't closed his eye so basing this off of one time isn't valid imo.

it is possible that he does have a limit to the tech.

he used like 3 times in one chapter , then next chapter he had it closed most of the time.

so maybe there is a cooldown after a while, but he doesnt need to recharge it, just rest.
