Sasuke's teleportation does not require start-up or needs to be charged

After today's chapter some people thought Sasuke's technique required start-up time because of this scan, which is actually incorrect:

The next page after you see Sasuke using a hand sign; indicating he is charging up his chakra to use Amaterasu not his teleportation:

As seen here, Obito stated he had sensed Sasuke charging up his chakra into his left eye:

During the fight with Madara, Sasuke used his teleportation back to back roughly 1-4 times. Though he didn't spam it, he still used it a significant amount of times to show he could use it whenever necessary.

4. He possibly could have used continuous teleportation to get within range or it could have just been just raw foot speed

To conclude, if Sasuke's technique required start-up or needs to be charged it would mean he couldn't use it back to back as effectively as he did against Madara.

Why would we open it if he wasn't in battle? When have we ever seen Sasuke activate his MS or better yet his Susanoo just to have a conversation with somebody? Simple, because it uses up chakra.

i belive since he's new to the tech he needs to recoperate himself but the charge time isnt true he has intervals i belive after about 4-5 teleportations

He was not charging his Rinnegan to use Amateratsu, he was charging it to teleport Kaguya between him and Naruto a few panels over. (or teleport himself & Naruto on opposite sides of Kaguya, jury is still out, he used teleportation either way)

So Sasuke needs hand seals to do S/T jutsu?

Most likely he was building chakra to use the two techniques in succession. Neither the S/T jutsu nor Amaterasu need hand seals, but Sasuke made use of them in prep this chapter. Molding chakra for the two techniques probably took more focus.

So in one breath you're trying to prove his teleporation isn't a chakra drainer & doesn't require recharge time, but then in another breath you openly say Rinnegan ocular jutsu's does drain chakra and need a cool down time not to waste chakra?

Get out of denial and stop arguing with facts.
