What part of genius do you not understand?
Sasuke is like Kakashi, Orochimaru, Minato, Itachi and all the Uchicha (excl. Obito)
Sasuke trains his butt off for these things (remember in Part 1 when he was trying to impress his dad by learning a fire style jutsu)
All he did with Orochimaru was train, use steroids and hone jutsu. That's why he is so strong.
Naruto's character is simple minded like his mother's, he's always struggled partly because he was a little troublemaker cause everyone ignored him
The difference is Naruto is loud and Sasuke is "cool" so he doesn't explicitly show how difficult something is for him.
