Naruto speed blitzed him the same way. But now madara has the god tree so he is stronger now. Sasukes speed was never god like lol killer bee owned him so did raikage and the other kages plus naruto is faster and stronger than sasuke because of his sage mode bijuu mode makes sasuke look like fodder

Surely when he sports Rikudo Senjutsu jacket, he is even faster.

The fact that Sasuke can keep up means his speed has somehow increased dramatically.

Think about it a little, in the spoilers Madara didn't understand what Sasuke did when he dodged his (Madara's) lightening wave attack but he was certain Sasuke did not move. Madara has the rinnegan to confirm this, so whatever it was it wasn't speed or movement.

Again in the spoilers as Madara rushed towards Sasuke we see at first Sasuke to the far right of Naruto and Sasuke's sword to Naruto's left but just as Madara reached Sasuke we suddenly see Sasuke's sword piercing him and Sasuke standing where his sword was an instance ago(to Naruto's left); long story short, it was as though Sasuke switched places with his sword.

Conlusion, sasuke most definitely has yin release, that was the Sage's power that was given to him so it's not far fetched to assume that he has the prowess to pull of a more sophisticated form of Izanagi and perhaps even Izanami, all without the cost of an eye.

Why yes ofcourse, to the casual observer it would look like speed akin to space time ninjustsu like FTG but this discussion was based on the generally accepted mechanics for speed on Narutobase; S/T ninjutsu (FTG, Kamui etc) & Body flicker (Ay's raiton armor, Naruto's SM/BM Speed etc).

However, you're free to offer your supplications and requests to the Narutobase gods to consider Yin release/genjutsu based speed mechanics too
