Surely when he sports Rikudo Senjutsu jacket, he is even faster.

The fact that Sasuke can keep up means his speed has somehow increased dramatically.

Sasukes speed is instantaneous. Not even Madara countered.

But Sasuke only got the eye. His body didn't get stronger like Naruto with SM.

I speculate that Sasuke is using an Izanagi like technique that alters his reality field, bending the reality of his body to make it faster and more durable.

you havent realised what sauce is doing obviously, he is using raton and sharingan to speed up his attacks
(same level of speed as raikage)
but now is starting to slow down time around him with his new abilities , making big sauce apear much more faster then he is

Sasuke despite having monstrous speed never matched Naruto's in his cloaked versions...
One thing's clear though that Naruto has gotten ultra high speed...

Ay moves in extreme slow motion compared to Naruto and Madara. Naruto and Madara makes Ay look like he's standing still. The fact that Sasuke doesn't appear frozen next to them already means Sasuke is much faster than Ay.
