Maybe, but they definitely understand Kishi's work better than we do. They come from the same culture and share the same traditions as him.

Gaiden is already an SS story, might as well go big or go home, it was a missed opportunity to create a shit-storm and it would have also put an end to so many pointless arguments from people still doubting this relationship.

Even though the last chapter makes it so clear how much they hold each other dear, some people want to see affection themselves and don't want to leave anything behind closed doors in order to believe, so might as well give it to them right? :lol
