Thats irrelevant, Naruto was warped into an entirely new dimension. Sasuke couldn't possibly see chakra across vast space/time or feel natural energy. Infact Naruto wasn't even in sage mode, he was in base form.

I think when it comes to territories across dimensions, Sasuke can locate others in a general area. It might be how he found Sakura when he got his eye powers back. However when it came to finding Naruto, I think he just felt his chakra like how they are connected somehow.
