Naruto nd sasuke can sense each other's chakra after hago powerup. They both have the same type of chakra inside one another so basically there sensing there other half. Hope that doesn't sound like NxS lmao
Hagoromo's soul was able to summon Team 7, the previous gokage's souls and the beasts, from other dimensions.I know its potent but to be able to sense anothers chakra in a seperate dimension is divine. Rikudou chakra is haxxed.
He can summon anyninja from anywhere and from anydimension, without the need of being alive in a corpse, just as a soul that decided to come back to this world a thousand years after his death when Hashirama's soul touched a dying Rinnetenseid-Edo-Madara.

Or rikudou senin's chakra can be sensed by any chakra, it can be logical considering that almost all ninjas share a porrtion of Hagoromo's chakra, it's like the rikudou's chakra is connected with every chakra user, that universal connection reminds me ninshuu.

This^ even though Sasuke isn't a sensor like Naruto, as Orochimaru stated, his body still retains the memory of having Nature chakra flowing through him via the curse mark derived from Juugo.
Edit: also real powerful chakra can be felt by anyone just like the bijuu whenever they surface all other ninja's "feel" their chakra. Chakra doesn't get any stronger than Nauro and Sasuke.
