Only sharingan has its limits as we seen in fights like kakashi vs zabuza with two ninja of relatively equal speed clash even if one has a 3t they can still be outperformed in cqc if the enemy has sufficient skill and strikin speed along with the right abilities.

2T has its limits as we seen sasuke get tagged by base naruto's clones on the rooftop along with gettin stomped into the ground by sakon with no reaction tho that was mostly due to ability , anyway u look at it neji has far superior strikin speed than gaara's sand , lee , naruto , sound 4 and sasuke so ur feat of him evadin gaara's sand spears is irrelevant as are most of ur post tbh..

Anyway show proof that 2t sasuke can dodge somone who can land 32 nigh instantly , somone who can more than handle his level of speed and somone who can easily react to his attackin speed which should more or less be = to base lees..
