This as well Madara didn't receive MS till he was at least 20 and EMS till he was at latest 25-30, I'm just throwing numbers out there, Sasuke is only 16-17 when he reaches Madara's age he will be on a completely different level of uchiha. I'll have to admit your right Tsunade has tremendous strength even madara was impressed but now that kabuto no longer has orochimaru's chakra she could now cream kabuto with no homophobia in the way. As for sakura she has over 30 years of medical practice and war experience needed to ever compare to Tsunade.
