Sasuke was concerned and not annoyed with Naruto? (Ch. 616)

One of the translators in narutoforums takL expressed doubts about the fidelity of the translation of Orochimaru's words in Ch. 616 p1 He says that Sasuke is possibly not really annoyed with Naruto but instead it evoked a concern emotion from Sasuke, at least accdg. to Orochimaru:

They are best friends, no matter how anybody tries to put it that is part of the theme of this manga.
It's all a matter of interpretation.

I see it more like Sasuke taking out Madara and/or Obito for his own cause, which indirectly helps Naruto, then he attacks him and they have their final battle.

I think he's right. I was on tumblr the other day and a translator said the same thing:

The expression Orochimaru uses is 気になっている and, please correct me if I’m wrong, it doesn’t mean “being annoyed”.

I checked some Japanese dictionaries looking for the meaning of that expression. What I found is that 気になる’s most common translations are:
■be on someone’s mind
■worry about
■care about
■be anxious about

心配になる and 気にかかる were both listed as synonyms and their meaning is respectively “to get worried/concerned” and “to weigh on someone’s mind/to be worried about”

that was what the translator said soooo it probably is worried/concerned.

The only reason Sasuke would be concerned about Naruto , is because he truly wants to kill him with his own hands.....feeling naruto's chakra means he's in a fight right now...he also knows madara/tobi is out there and they want his bijuu... If he is concerned, its because he wants to be the one to defeat naruto

sasuke is concerned about narutos strength maybe. saying sasuke was concerned about naruto being stronger than him is a fanboy interpretation however.
