Sasuke was concerned and not annoyed with Naruto? (Ch. 616)

One of the translators in narutoforums takL expressed doubts about the fidelity of the translation of Orochimaru's words in Ch. 616 p1 He says that Sasuke is possibly not really annoyed with Naruto but instead it evoked a concern emotion from Sasuke, at least accdg. to Orochimaru:

anyways as a translator i might add that
orochimarus words are
"…he seems to be feeling a little uneasy/concerned …about naruto-kun..."
「…　少し気になっているようね…　ナルトくんが…」in jp
「～が気になっている」　doesnt mean "to be annoyed with～".
the basic idea of the term is "~ is on the subject's mind.=the subject is minding/caring/bothering about ~"
for instance if a boy says he has 気になっている女子(lit. a girl hes caring about),10 2 1 hes talking about a girl he fancies. Obviously thats not the case with sasuke.

maybe sasukes uneasiness can be interpreted as annoyance but orochimaru doesnt say that.

^Obito also stated that Naruto and Sasuke were chosen by fate to become the next Sons of the SO6P "Rikudō Sennin".

I believe that wasn't meant to be Madara, but to become like the Elder Son and continue his ancestor idea to bring peace throw power.
