OT: They're both high class shinobis. Minato is more intelligent, but Sasuke has more powerful techniques. Minato would have a hard time to break through Susano'o and he needs FTG to dodge Sasuke's arrows and Amaterasus. Also if Minato fanboys don't know, FTG takes chakra! Sasuke's EMS powers are also unknown so I don't say anything until we've seen Sasuke in action.

FTG hardly takes chakra.

OT: I don't know about this one. I wanna say Sasuke but we don't know his full power. We don't know everything about Minato either. In my opinion, they could both wipe out large groups of highly trained ninjas in seconds.

Sasuke is stronger than minato if we look at power/ninjutsu alone.
Although sasuke is a genius himself, i see him spamming ms techniques, running out of chakra and minato evading the techniques. Sasuke has to smarter than that, if he plans on winning, example is against deidora where he showed us his intelligence, but after getting the ms he started to spam abit. Also he hasnt fully mastered genjutsu on itachi's level, this also includes tsukuyomi.

Due to this ill give the advantage to minato, but when i say this im talking about ms sasuke. We dont know about ems sasuke

Minato is too much for sasuke to handle unless sasuke has some knowledge of minato's FTG. Then, maybe sasuke has a chance because he can pull out susanoo and with EMS, he won't get tired or his eyes won't start bleeding. But if not, then Minato. It takes minato like seconds to figure out the moves of the opponent as seen with "tobi" during the nine-tails attack.
