Mindset: To kill
Distance: Kakashi's on Hashirama head, Sasuke on Madara, so 100 meters
Restrictions/Conditions: Sasuke has his sword, Kakashi has his Tanto from when he was a kid.

Scenario 1: Only 3 tomoe Sharingan for each of them.
Scenario 2: Kakashi has MS, Sasuke has EMS but only EMS Susanoo feats.

Kakashi wins first scenario mid-high diff. Since its VoTE Kakashi has access to large scale suiton techs that would dwarf any elemental tech sasuke has at his disposal, he also has access to water clones as well.

Kakashi has the superiour taijutsu and with clones he shouldn't have much trouble in cqc

in the second scenario, Kakashi loses unless he starts with kamui right at the beginning.

if its intent to kill I don't see why He wouldn't go for a kamui snipe at the beginning though

edit: Noticed 100m distance, Kakashi isn't kamui sniping at that range, Sasuke wins

Scenario 1

Kakashi is clearly the most skilled ninja, his ex student is very good but not at his level. Kakashi is faster, a lot more skilled in taijutsu, physically stronger and tougher, with better reflexes, more versatile, a lot smarter, basically he is better in everything. Raikiri > Chidori, Raiden and Raiju Hashiri > Eisou and Nagashi, Kakashi's skill with tricks and feints has fooled Itachi and Pain, he can counterblitz and face in a brawl multiple V2 jinchuriki keeping up with Gated Gai, and so on. Basically Sasuke has no chances.

Scenario 2

Kamui GG. Kakashi warps Susanoo's head with Sasuke in it or Sasuke in the Susanoo or Sasuke before he can activate Susanoo and launch an arrow on him, or use Amaterasu. Kakashi can also warp himself away and then Kamui GG with all the confort he wants. Sasuke has clearly all the power of the EMS but Kakashi's hax with Kamui still trumps him.

Seriously though, how does Kakashi counter Aoda, much superior speed, hawk etc.? Unless this is Hebi Sasuke, Sasuke hardly needs even his Sharingan. Kakashi can't fly, Suiton decreases his Chakra exponentially, Doton is useless in front Raiton and he can't kill Aoda, who's even bigger than Susano'O.

Your resorting to adoa/hawk(hebi sauce doesn't have hawk) I.e. the katsuyu argument.
