Your act of thinking is not only extremely incoherent, but also fundamentally flawed too. If current Sasuke caught up with Jinchūriki Madara, reacted to Obito at the same time as Naruto and has displayed reaction and speed feats not only better than BSM Naruto but far, far better than Kakashi even in his current state. What you're also implying, is that Madara and Obito in their respective Jinchūriki forms are even slower than BSM Naruto.​

I don't know how good Sasuke is in swordsmanship, but if you count filler feats Kakashi is very skilled.

Scenario 2: Sasuke can block Kakashi's line of sight pretty easily with a wall of black flames and proceed to spam enton which Kakashi can't avoid for the entire fight. If Kakashi tries to kamui the wall of black flames, he'll get worn down a bit allowing Sasuke to unleash susanoo arrows to put Kakashi in a quagmire where he'll be forced to use kamui until he dies of chakra exhaustion like what almost happened after Sasuke's fight with Danzo. All of Kakashi's basic elemental jutsus are useless as they can't scratch susanoo and aren't better than Sasuke's enton variants. Sasuke wins mid difficulty.

There's no such thing as 'weakened Chidori'. Also, what Kakashi needs in this case is stronger electrical current. All Raikiri is, is more focused and concentrated electricity, that forms a perfect blade, while Chidori is a bit more unstable punch. Even if you refute that fact, Killer Bee and Suigetsu are smaller and have less durability than Aoda, who is a giant snake.
