I'm not sure on this, we still don't know what kind of powers does Suske hold in his caliber, and the saying always goes "the future generation will always pass the pass generation" so in my opinion, i'm no Suske fan but he wins this.

where is it said that jiraya EVER fought sharingan user? you mean that short moment he met with itachi? + itachi was ally of the konoha, and at that time jiraya was like the strongest ninja in there (ok, danzo is stronger sry), so why the hell would itachi kill jiraya?
yeah, i lively see it, jiraya is hit with amaterasu, he is BURNED and than as he is standing there he takes scroll out, 30 seconds does something and than seals amaterasu which is on him, WAIT, HE CAN´T, HE IS ALREADY DEAD BY THAN

well killer bee does have the 8 tails but sasuke did give him a run for his money and he didnt even use susano in that fight, but yeah you are right j-man all the way
Jman would be able outlast him, he is built like a tank, it'll be a good fight but i think he has skill and experience over sasuke.. Sasuke is good but not Jiraiya good, when sasuke run's outta chakra and his eye's start to bleed and play up then he'll be like

sasuke is a beast so i go with him. all just your giving jiraya sage mode doesnt mean that sasuke will find a way to beat him. and sage mode takes a while to develop. and sasuke would take that advantage to kirin him or something.

Jiraiya wins this EASILY in my opinion, Sasuke does not stand a chance. Everyone keeps saying how Naruto surpassed Jiraiya lol You all do not know how to comprehend text very well, what they are talking about is how he has surpassed him in Sage Mode, Naruto fully completed Sage Mode, Jiraiya didn't, Jiraiya was still stronger.
Jiraiya has all the elements with the sage toads, plus the strongest genjutsu (Frog Song) in my opinion, since audio genjutsu > visual genjutsu, plus it kills, I've never seen a Tsukiyomi kill anyone. Jiraiya is more then fast enough to dodge Amaterasu, pluse he can use the belly of the frog to use as a temporary shield if need be. He can get around Susanoo just as easily as Danzo did, it's not unbeatable.

Lol. I find it amusing, that i felt like i had to register to this site..just prove out a few points to everyone that you all seem to be missing (or choosing to miss) one or the other.
Sasuke, is a genius. He was a genius when he was fighting Gaara but in his days of th chuunin exam was it?
Sasuke, didn't even have mangekyou sharingan when he was fighting with Itachi. Itachi, was FORCED to use Susanno after sasuke conducted Kiri might i add again (without having mangekyou sharingan) He used the Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu, not to try and attack Itachi, but to try and open the skies so he could read his ultimate technique.
Itachi, couldn't even get see what he was doing. Futher proving, sasuke almost beat Itachi without the use of having mangekyou sharingan. (1st point)
(2nd point) Sasuke dealt with with killerbee. If you keep in mind that Bee, is the most powerful jinchurich to naruto..they had to make sasuke have a hard time with him. He's the 8 tailed beast.
Sasuke has not had his Kaleido sharingan, as long as Itachi has had his Mangekyou. So sasuke is still getting use to the things it can do. Keep in mind too, the age difference between both Sasuke and Jiraya..Meh, and it is said by Madara, that Sasuke could surpass Negato.
So really..case closed.
Before talking about who would win ..Measure the statistics in the series..Rather than all the haters and fan boys talking about things they have NO idea about.

Here is how u will loose jman won't even ave to use sage mode y all the persons sasuke's fought were handicapped oro was in is possible weakest state itachi didnt even try to dedeira was weak against lightening from the start and has only one type of jutsu hence he win by luck jman has collaborations with his summons and knows more than naruto he can summon all the toads on toad mountain he has a wide variety of jutsu sasuke as only a pinch; and his defence(sasuno)is quite strong but can be broken as shown by danzo which isn't as strong as jman his eyes need four more years before attempting to take on jman in a fight it is pointless defending it dosent make u win hence the moment sasuno is used he lost and I forgot amaratsu has to c it's target also tsykuomi if it's a shadow clone it has no effect
