Ems is achieved by combining the power of both siblings eye through transplanting, so, If Sasuke and Itachi's eye had fused together to form ems there is a possibility that Sasuke can use the Divine Sword Totsuka and the Holy Mirror Yata, because, think about it, wasn't both the sacred weapons a part of Itachi's mangekyou and seeing as it had now been fused to Sasuke's eye there is a chance he can use the said weapon. He just need's to fool around with his eye more inorder for him to be able to access the two weapons, right? Or am I missing something again, lol.

When itachi is revived and during the fight with nagato u can clearly see that he has both shield and sword in his possession still. Both sword and shield are not part of his susano'o since other people have searched for those items in the past. Being spiritual weapons they are most likely bound to itachi's person. Which brings up a more interesting question... did itachis susanoo have a diferent set of weapons in the past?

The weapon's can be accessed via Itachi's mangekyou.

Itachi's Susanoo fused with Sasuke's Susanoo when the tranplant was made, so there is no reason to assume that the weapons vanished when Itachi D Great perished from the world.

If an x ninja transplant's both of Itachi's mangekyou to their eye socket (assuming that Itachi had mangekyou activated when his eye got plucked out), there is no proof that x ninja cannot access the Susanoo that has access to both the weapons, does that even make sense? xd

These are legendery weapons you have to find them or posses but you cannot to gave them like christmas present to someone like amaterasu tsukuyomi or susanoo.

Well, they werent related to Uchihas eyes, but we know that Itachi somehow combined them with his Susanoo. We still get to know what exactly Sasukes Susanoo shield is.
