Ems is achieved by combining the power of both siblings eye through transplanting, so, If Sasuke and Itachi's eye had fused together to form ems there is a possibility that Sasuke can use the Divine Sword Totsuka and the Holy Mirror Yata, because, think about it, wasn't both the sacred weapons a part of Itachi's mangekyou and seeing as it had now been fused to Sasuke's eye there is a chance he can use the said weapon. He just need's to fool around with his eye more inorder for him to be able to access the two weapons, right? Or am I missing something again, lol.
