Give Madara half of hagoromo's chakra and then you can say it would be a fair match.

It's rikudo chakra. Not rikudo senjutsu chakra. It takes senjutsu to hurt jubi jin, but rikudo chakra can as well

Madara doesn't even need "half" of rikudo chakra. When he mixed ashura chakra with indra chakra and awaken rinnegan, he turned his chakra into hago/rikudo chakra. Half or no half rikudo chakra makes little different for original rinnegan wielders.
