There's no letting anyone break a genjutsu that doesn't have a limitation to say "I want this level of genjutsu put on sasuke."

No indication that he can swap his level stats of genjutsu at all is what I'm saying. Also any sharingan user can break genjutsu if skilled enough. Still Sasuke > Itachi regardless.
