Wait, this is an entire debate over if the cursed seal is handed power or not? It's more handed power then anything else. The user receives it, but they still have the responsibility to train with it and master it. Like what Sasuke had achieved.

There's no effort in gaining it under then a high chance of death; but you still must work with it to access it's fullest power.

sigh..... these confirmed threads are 90% based on speculation.

This is one of those threads. While it wont be an asspull, if sasuke has the cm again, there has been no evidence to say he actually has it. Just as there is not evidence saying he cant have it right now.

A true confirmed thread about this topic would be

"confirmed sasuke has the curse mark"

And then it would show a recent manga panel, with sasuke and his cm on him, or him useing his cm modes.

But instead we get speculation.

another example of a confirmed thread, would be

"confirmed tobi is obito" , after tobi was revealed to be obito, and was not revealed to be someone useing his body(as some people theorized about)


We will see though if sasuke has the cm, but he has not been confirmed to have it again yet.
