But i suspect that his next power up will have something to do with curse mark and senjutsu.

He's going to need it to do anything to Obito. I suspect the advanced chakra (Senjutsu) will affect the state of his Susano'o as well (PS).

My bad lol, I'm a little bit limited on the smart phone. In the last scan Orochimaru pretty much states outright 'Give him the curse mark'. Jugo's added flesh and DNA only implies it'll be even stronger than before.
