My bad lol, I'm a little bit limited on the smart phone. In the last scan Orochimaru pretty much states outright 'Give him the curse mark'. Jugo's added flesh and DNA only implies it'll be even stronger than before.

Actually Curse Mark would leave a mark on Sasuke like everyother Curse Mark user out there... So I would assume that he doesnt have Curse Mark specifically but something far greater than that and until a name is given to it i will call it Uber Nature Powered Attacks XD XD XD

It's obvious sasuke it compatible with the curse mark, since obviously he didn't die from it the first time. Juugo knew that and healed him, and orochimaru simply used sasuke as a catalyst to help remove the zetsu from his body. I doubt he will get it again, Itachi specifically removed it from sasuke so that it wouldn't slowly eat away at his life. Not to say it's not possible, I just don't think it will happen

And that invalidates it how? Everyone we have seen giving it (The Sound 4, Kimmimaro and Sasuke) have all survived just fine. You're saying it isn't handed down when Orochimaru literally gives it to his pawns.

If Sasuke got the CM straight from Juugo then there is none of Orochimaru's Sage chakra inside. So Orochimaru has no influence over Sasuke.
