Some people say that Danzo was evil therefore he deserved it. This may be right; However, Sasuke did not kill him for the sake of Konoha's justice; he was driven by revenge and passion. He is also aiming for the two members of Konoha council. Therefore, Sasuke should still be treated as a criminal and should be prosecuted. otherwise, Konoha's Laws and regulations would look like they were created by Sakura.

I think there should be a prequel to the book "if I did it" , "Love not hate". Number 5 may not be that farfethched lol, he is the only one that stands up for sasuke and would stand up for him.

For some reason the only thing that comes to mind regarding sasuke's end is redemption via a valant death maybe fighting madara.

Sasuke's story most likely would end like a tragic hero something like darth vader. OR he could just simply die but that would be a bit anticlimatic.

What? Danzo knew Pain? He only saw him when Hanzo killed Yahiko. I thought he had relations with Madara, but not Pain.

I don't think Nagato would want to talk with Hanzo's partner (Danzo) and have relations with him, since Danzo was Partner of somebody that killed Yahiko.

Jail isn't an option for someone that powerful unless he'd volunteer to go. His only options are a pardon, remaining a wanted criminal, volunteering to go to jail, or death in battle.
