I was never a big Sasuke fan but I don't know what he ever did wrong? His failed attempt at Capturing Bee was the worse thing he has done. That isn't a great resume for a villian think about it. So he killed Danzou? he was a bad guy even Naruto killed a bad guy. Killing Karin a girl who used to keep people locked up in a prison and kill them. If you read the manga you would know from Sasuke's conversation with Oro that he hates that kind of stuff. Sasuke hasn't done anything wrong and he hasn't even killed a good guy or an innocent person yet what kind of villain is that. Wake me up when Sasuke actually does something bad in Naruto verse standards. So far he has killed nothing but bad guys.
let me just remind you that the punishment from fleeing the village is death.
so what sentence would you give for a guy who fled the village and is guilty for 5 attempted murders? (Killer Bee, Gaara, A, Mizukage, Tsuchikage)
plus killing bad guys doesn't make it right because he does not have a license to kill like James Bond!

I imagine though that there would be some prison jutsu that could stop him from using his chakra, but then again Danzo's seal was supposed to make his ass immobile.
Mizuki's prison was also an anime filler as well. It may not even exist in the manga.

Too bad no ones gonna execute him.
No one has the balls to step up to someone who almost captured the perfect Jinchurki bee, and survived an actual fight with The 4th Raikage, And someone who killed an leaf elder (Daznou) and someone who supposedly killed Itachi. ((((Which he didn't cuz itachi let him)))) But no one knows that
nobody gonna come up to sasuke and be like "hey im gonna execute you". Sasuke gonna be like 'b!tch pleeze". And Amaterasu they ass.

Yes, but despite Danzo's way of doing things, he was doing it FOR the village of Konoha.
Hell, Kumogakure might've wanted to imprison Danzo, but it would be up for them to capture him first. Danzo was doing things in the best interest of Konoha, but his methods were unorthodox.

JS-army should leave sasuke alone on bail only if naruto's gurrantee that he won't do any thing wrong in the future.
On a side note- he only attack raikage and it is setteled (raikage right arm = neji's father)
he killed oruchimaru thus hepled konoha and if konoha's people will heard about danzo's miscunduct his position as a kage then they whould also wish him dead. I think

If this show was fair,
and after the whole madara thing is over, and somehow sasuke comes back, he should man up and take responsiblity to his actions. and either accept jail time, or block his chakara/jutsu's. etc
but I really doubt if there do it, show is basically called sasuke
if anything, sasuke gets accepted back with flying colors, like nothing happen
heck he might become the next hokage before naruto
