Also, if it hits tsunade, sealingvwontvb necceaseary, her regeneration jutsu is very high in recovery, so Amaterasu would b useless after it destroys the first layer of tsunades bodi, only to regenerate right after n even during...... Sasuke loses from one direct hit of tsunades taijutsu, chakra blade, or lightning style jutsu.

Tsunade tanks everything Sasuke throws at him, he was near blind so he dosen't have the stamina to keep throwing arrows at her and no he cant spam it he only used it once aganist Kakashi.
