Tsunade wins. Amaterasu can't kill her while Byakugou is up and once Sasuke fires it he's dead.

He has no intel on Tsunade so, seeing as how MS Sasuke is reckless, he will waste his eye on Ama and get killed.

Tsunade will probably die from the fire, too.

Tsunade tanks everything Sasuke throws at him, he was near blind so he dosen't have the stamina to keep throwing arrows at her and no he cant spam it he only used it once aganist Kakashi.

Go re-read this and see how foolish it sounds. Eyesight has nothing to do with his stamina or chakra. So him being low on stamina is baseless, especially since Karin healed him.

She cracked a level 1 Susanoo of Madara's. The one in the scan above is V2 not V1. Sasuke can go up to V3. Tsunade dies a horrible death.

This base is off its rocker. If he could launch arrows, then he can certainly use Amaterasu. He doesn't even need Sussano'o for her. She loses, big time.
