edit: and please, u said it urself that amaterasu burns everything. The way how it works is that it consumes everything that it touches. Amaterasu is a chain reaction of flames feeding the flames and it will never stop. In gaara's case, the fire did not even start!

I told you wiki isnt accurate! In the manga Sasuke says Gaara was able to guard himself from Sasukes inferno style effectively, he was just guarding with sand wherever Amaterasu popped up with its speed! There is no evidence of Amaterasu not burning the sand in the manga and that is the truth.

on a side note, speed gets over amaterasu. even if he doesnt use his eyes, and uses susanoo, using with his eyes are the fastest way he is able to use amaterasu, as they appear instantly to where hes looking. Any other way takes time to travel. And we have seen his method of amaterasu through the eyes has been dodged by speed.

dude tha evidence is right there. u just have to accept it. If it were for the sand to burn, kishi would have shown that! Instead he showed the sand not burning. The sand did not give a sh*t about ama's flames. Whether that is a mistake or not, go ask kishi. I believe what i see, not what i think is right. You on the other hand have simply pure assumptions, where as i am backin my stance with sources and the manga.

I tell you again, wiki has started to be very acceptable! It is even getting academically accepted in college slowly! Just because i can writ things it does not mean that is not realiable. Wiki's filtering system of information is very good actually. And that page that i showed u has the most reliable information about naruto! enton is amaterasu, it is just sasukes technique on modifying its shape -.-. Inferno style... referring to the manipulation of the flames. Enton is sasuke's ability! Amaterasu was from itachi.
what enton is doing is taking the flame, form a ball with it, and throw it. Like it did with the zetsus!

Yes it burns the sand slowly, keep posting images from that chapter where the statement about guarding his Enton is made, there you will see the sand burning, but slowly

if the sand were consumed, some of it would not be there after the first contact. The sand just got dispersed by the force of the flame -.-
