Sasuke is still holding back to match Naruto in power

Next we see BSM Naruto mixing with Sasuke's susanoo

With these two points made I would like to remind everyone how when Naruto and sasuke first mixed abilities. Sasuke had to turn his power down to be on par with naruto.

Now to further back my statement.

Let's remember that Sasuke Susanoo goes through steps of V1, V2, v3, V3 w/Enton, V4(one with legs), V4 w/ Enton, Perfect susanoo.
With this chart we are now missing Perfect Susanoo w/ Enton which means Sasuke still has one more level above Naruto.

I have shown you all manga stats feel free to disagree but the manga does not lie.

1st of all let me agree with you when you say Sasuke is still holdnig back. I believe this is true to. But about him adjusting to Naruto's chakra:

The definition of adjust does not mean to lower it mean to compensate. This could go either way. Naruto may have been at a higher chakra level then Sasuke was using at that given moment. So to "adjust" to Naruto's chakra he may have had to increase his own chakra output. Or you could be right and he may have had to lower his. Don't make assumptions that because he had to adjust to Naruto's power level that means he had to lower his own.

Dosent mean Sasuke has more power, it just means at that moment, Sasuke might've been using more chakra than Naruto was, so he had to adjust down to Naruto's. Maybe Sasuke using Amaterasu requires him to use more chakra than Naruto does for a Rasenshuriken? NOT TO MENTION, this is a mangapanda translation..Too many variables to confirm your theory.

Quality not quantity. While true he may have had to lower the quality of his chakra doesn't mean he had to lower the quantity of it. Therein lies the difference. Like I said, you may be right but stating it as fact is inaccurate as it is open to interpretation. Still I agree with you in the fact that Sasuke is holding back, but I expect him to let loose now that it's Madara's turn to take the spotlight.
