lol wat?, how so?, sasuke's maximum possible powerup is PS with EMS, nothing more U_U, and naruto is on par or slightly stronger than sasuke right now which means he cant compete with naruto's next powerup Lol, he also needs a powerup. saying sasuke is holding back everytime is pathetic actually.
Nope he still has an Enton Perfect susanoo going off his power leveling. Also you say it as if it is not something powerful when Perfect susanoo is = to Bijuu(s) meaning Enton Perfect Susanoo may be extremely powerful

The reason they are stronger is cause the jin can completely tap into the power.
Perfect Susanoo is under the complete control of the user so PS is more potent than Bijuu as shown from Madara feats
Just to clear out ur statement, "i have to adjust" does not always mean reduction.. The sharingan has d ability to assess power intensity, his adjust could also mean increasing his power intensity to match naruto's.

Sasuke said I'll adjust with your chakra percentage. It does not mean he has to turn down. It could also mean he had to release more chakra. It can go either way. So, no need to get all jumpy about that.

Comprehension lacking. Anyways i will break it down for you... Example.. Tobirama has more jutsu than what he is using but why would he use them? Sasuke is currently using that which can be fused with Senjutsu. Need any more explanation?
the Jin taps into the power statement is regarding Jinchuuriki.. It is manga fact that Jins are stronger than bijuu alone since the Jin can potetionally use all of a beast power where as the beast alone can't. with this being said if perfect susanoo = bijuus and the user has complete control over perfect susanoo. That dictates that perfect susanoo is equal to more than 1 jin right? If you don't understand leave now

Amaterasu can't be mixed with Senjutsu so Susanoo is now the benefactor. As I said before you are no comprehension and just seem to want to go back and forth
