Sasuke is Overrated!

Really deathpulse and knots23 since you two are a team...if you dont like what people are saying then dont reply back, go read another thread or something...im done making joke and arguing with you two,its no point...i did not post this thread to make enemies, ya'll came after me first, i posted my opionion, if you didnt like it ok, dont call me names in sh**, i didnt get mad until you want to do that, i just like to have fun and debate hot topics, obivious this is because over 1,500 views and over 100comments,....on the serious tho...i never said sasuke wasnt a good ninja or not smart or even a hard trainer, i said people hype him to much like he was a former god or something, when he hasnt really lived up to the hype, as of today i think he is overrated...go look up overrated and tell me what it means...now if he would have killed to kages then i would never post but thats how people view him and we all know he cant,..this is my opionion if you dont like it debate and we argue NARUTO facts but if your going to get all mad, then go somewhere else,because im fine, this my thread i like to here other people's opionion and by the looks of it alot of people agree with me so...do what you want

If this is what you believe then do you also think naruto is overrated? He himself as more "hype" from his fans dont you think? Tell me, do you think naruto himself, with all the hype he constantly gets from not only the fans but also his ball riders in the show, do you think he's overrated?

Btw, for all those people who are saving, "IF HE DIDNT HAVE HIS SHARINGAN HE'D BE A LOSER." i'd like to point out that he was BORN with it. Now, if we continue with this then i could say to someone, "if you didnt have your brain you'd be a loser". Now do you people see how stupid that crap sounds. Wth people. You can't downplay a character to prove your point, especially if they were BORN with what you're downplaying. Now see, naruto was not born with the fox, he was lucky enough to get it, minato could have just as easily been neji's dad. Now, if naruto acted exactly himself just like he does now BUT he had the gentle fist and neji actually had the fox and all narutos techs but he still acted the same, then everyone would be loving neji and naruto would be underrated. It's his abilities that most, not all, people like him for, not the character.

I, personally, like sasuke more because his life is much more relative. No one is going to be born with a demonic fox in them nor the sharingan but, many people say sasuke acts childish and stupid, how? If someone in real life with sasukes attitude and mannerisms, which there are people, went through everything he did, dont you think that person would do everything they could to get some answers no matter the costs. His character and story, imo, is much more compelling than narutos because the most that could possibly happen from narutos life is being born as a orphan then growing to make friends.

I just don't see how a character who has busted his ass to get where he is now, granted he's been handed down things but so has everyone else in the show, is called over rated. I dont see naruto out there fighting gaara, temari and kankuro minutes after he fought with the raikage just to go fight someone else after them then continues on to beat the hokage, and AFTER THAT square off against not only his former sensei but his former two teammates as well.

i'd also like to ask, has everyone forgot what the fox himself told sasuke? Everyone remembers him telling sasuke not to kill naruto or he'll regret, which proves to me, that the fox believes sasuke, at the least, has the ability to kill naruto but he also said this to sasuke as well, "That vision and chakra more ominous than mine. I's just like, the madara uchiha of OLDEN TIMES!!!!!!!!!!" OLDEN TIMES, when madara was at his peak.

I would say the Naruto story has been inconsistent. Itachi once told Kisame that Jiraya alone would take down the whole of the Akatsuki group. I still wonder why Jiraya never sensed the remaining 3 pain's chakra while he was still in Sage mode before his left hand was severed.

I agree with you that Sasuke is over rated. Left to me, he died during his battle with Killer Bee.

i do not like sasuke but i acknowledge that he has his strenghts.
to answer your list:
1.) thats your opinion
2.) different people grow at different rates. you don't think being traumatized as a child wouldn't hinder his growth? also, you didn't note who trained who and how much one trained against the other. naruto was growing by leaps and bounds coz his stamina was way higher than anyone else which allowed him to train longer than anyone else. more training=more improvement.
*regarding the example: chidori is for a direct piercing attack. its desired purpose is to pierce vital areas to disable or kill the enemy. rasengan is more of a blunt explosive attack. you can't expect two different jutsus to have the same results. rasengan is pure spatial recomposition. chidori is pure elemental composition.
3.) in those fights you mentioned he was still young and inexperienced. your view on that is biased since if you think about naruto, all he did in the beginning is charge in with a half formed plan and hope it works. that's luck and not skill. sasuke has grown since then.
4.) you expect him to go up against a fully healthy sannin? even other chars revere the sannin. sasuke is smart not stupid.
5.) thats called tactics.... if you think every battle could be won with brute strenght, you are in for a rude awakening on the physics of real life. you need to plan and adapt to the situation to survive in this world.
6.) this one i could agree with you but its more on overconfidence is sasuke's part rather than him being weak. he underestimated the ability of the enemy which gave the enemy the opening he needed to harm sasuke.
7.) Gaara didn't help him FYI. and during the fight with mizukage he was already partially spent by then. also, I've already stated above, he is too overconfident. that or blind with rage.
8.) Itachi was a genius. he was like the neji of the uchiha clan. gifted with the sharingan and a child prodigy.... that was an uneven match from the start. both in battle experience and skill.
9.) again, its not all about speed and strenght. strategy plays a key role and being to think on your feet helps. the fact that he was able to defeat danzo by planning his techniques accordingly proves he has skill. it is only when he becomes overconfident that he becomes worthless.

1)Sorry if I didn't phrase that correctly. I meant to say if they fought RIGHT NOW. As in if the the next chapter of the manga is them fighting. I don't think Sasuke is a match for Naruto. Don't try to throw EMS in here. Because that would be an assumption. So who do you think would win if they fought the next chapter? Using the most updated information about their skills. If you want you can use Sasuke before bandages unless you want him fighting blind.Remember I'm talking manga here.

2)Yes he ratted them out. So? Sasuke knew that the second he saw the samurai. a)Sasuke continued with the knowledge that the Kage knew he was there. And he rushed to attack the Raikage at first sight. Did he try to evaluate his power, think of a plan, or call on seigetsu or jugo? No he didn't he just rushed in hot-headed and alone. For a supposed tactical genius that isn't very good is it?

3) Why do you always do this? Whenever someone disagrees with you, they are "being not real with themselves", "haters", or "ignoring the facts". Which is really hypocritical on your part.
