Sasuke is Overrated!

Wow..after i read this message..im surprised my name is mentioned haha..well i guess i have to agree on this also..never expected someone can read my post even it is buried already on the previous comments..ill give you rep with this..very will said dude..High 5 for sasuke fans =)after skimming through this topic, ive decided to carefully state this and probably wont reply to anyone after this because i dont plan on getting flamed on my thoughts into this matter, so ill keep this very simple... sasuke isnt over rated which is clear by all his accomplishments throughout the anime that he had to work hard to achieve.(anyone who would like to attack me on this, go look from naruto to naruto shippuden, you eill see that sasuke was working and pushing himself over the edge on many circumstances to be much better, just as naruto has been) sasuke and naruto both are two very talented characters through intense training to constantly improve(i know there is rock lee fans who will throw in their 2 cents on this, we all know rock lee struggled to get where he is, but he isnt part of this topic so he will be left out.) the only reason people can hate on sasuke is for the fact that he is gone evil. (he isnt emo sorry to disappoint alot of you, emos cut there wrists and basically themselves anywhere.... sasuke doesnt do that so please stop with those stupid comments.) i can understand just not liking the character aswell but if youre really going to try to publicly announce that you hat them have a better reason than "he sucks" or "he's emo" or "narutos better"...... naruto and sasuke have yet to enter in an allout battle in shippuden so neither is better than the other... we dont know the limits of the susano and we dont know the limits to sage mode and nine tails.... all we know is that both of them looked cool using their new found powers in a fight.
its obvious im a sasuke fan and i will state my opinion on matters regarding my favorite character, please try to atleast stop hateing on sasuke.... remember that he has suffered a great pain from the massacre of his family up until he found out that he brother truly cared for him which had pushed him over the edge like it would have for everyone else in this topic. im not saying he suffered more than anyone else but im saying hes been through alot and thats why he has changed from how he was. besides you dont see all of us sasuke fans opening new topics to say "narutos is Trash compared to sasuke" or "noone compares to sasuke" or even "naruto is trash" (im just making examples so please dont take any like i meant them.) we sasuke fans dont bother trying to start other topics because its pointless and all it does is creates bigger problems between forum members....these forums are supposed to be for fun not trying to start huge hate arguements...
well im done ranting on about this and i bid you all farewell till next time.
ps.Knots23 i read alot of youre posts in this topic, im glad theres still some sasuke fans who defend their favorite character... well done

it will be really funny to see alot of those haters turn into fans of him if he becomes extremely cool with the EMS, especially when we see him get to use that susano in full power mode.... unfortunately he only used it for a few seconds then the pain overwhelmed his eye and he couldnt use it.
its impressive that he was still able to carefully defend and attack when he was at the hokage summit to the point where he fought naruto... he was already over 50 % blind when he fought the raikage and maybe around 97-99% blind when he fought naruto using resengan vs chidori.... sasuke right now seems like hes close to sasuke, but when he has the EMS, he will be extremely powerful, and thats when we get to see how talented he really is. im hopeing we get to see him fight and kill a kage or a few at once to show us how far he has pushed himself and his powers.
LOL he was a very pathetic kage though, he was extremely strong but it was all from him stealing powers from a clan he talked so much trash about.. he deserved his death 1,000,000 times over. im glad sasuke decimated him. if it wasnt for him having all those sharingan and the izangi, he would have been dead before the fight even started LOL sasuke would have crushed him to nothing with the susano's grab when he questioned him about itachi... i guess thats why they had to give him the all the stolen techs he had from the uchiha to make the fight seem some what interesting.

Dude, the hand part was badass lol. that part is by far my favorite part in the manga as far as how it looked goes because you could tell sasuke was hell bent on killing danzo lol, epic

I wouldn't say, Sasuke's over rated. He is very talented and got impressive battle skills.
The reason why I personally don't like him is, that he acts very selfish and sees everyone else as nuisance. Well, I agree that his childhood was horrible. Everything was taken away from him in the blink of an eye.Despite this incident, he was still accepted. Everyone was jealous of him. The boys want to compare and to keep up with him.He was admired by all of the girls. And if that isn't enough, you can see that he was also the favorite of Kakashi among Team 7. ( Got chidori etc). So he easily could have made friends or relations to others.
But the point is where he gets unpleasant is, that he don't care about other's feelings. Well, after a time he get's closer to Naruto, but if he really would have cared for him or anyone else, he wouldn't have left the village. But Sasuke's a egocentric person. Sure, his goal was to kill Itachi and for that he had to get strong, but he sure would have been strong through Kakashi and his rivalry with naruto ( compare : Kakashi <-> Guy ). Well, and now his revenge plans to Konoha..... who, from the responsible ones, is still alive? maybe the elders? but the new generation ins't responsible for that so i don't get why he wants to do this.
So I can't understand why a cold-hearted person, who gives a damn about friendship, feelings of others and who thinks that he's untouchable, is so admirable.
I think Naruto wasn't that lucky to get the Ninetails. He was hated by everyone and not accepted in the village and if you compare to gaara, who was fighting in the beginning of naruto, for his reason to exist.
Naruto was lucky that he was born kinda stubborn (not to give up in life) so that he managed this time somehow.
Sure, i agree that the Ninetails is a useful weapon and support in combat for him but i don't care about the Ninetails anyway or about Naruto's abilities that much.
What makes the person Naruto pleasant aren't his abilities or the Ninetails or something. It's his character. He shows, how important friendship is and that you shouldn't give up so easily. He really believes in true peace what is admirable, i guess.

Yah i hav heard all the commnts....bt u guys are misng the point....a weak at heart person only lets himself to be swallowed by darkness.....
1.sasuke has brilliant thts nt questionable....bt naruto has more stamina....sasuske couldn't trust his own strength and development skill thatswhy he went for orochimaru....what a whimp.....and rasengan may be a blunt force compared to chidori...bt even kakashi the inventor of chidori also knew that chidori is far more powerful than rasengan.....rasengan is the ultimate step of chakra manipulation.
2.sasuke is a lot more gifted than naruto, in skill,brain,except stamina even kakashi used to train him personaly,kakashi thought sasuke as his favourite student...bt sasuke is just a betrayer,cause he is weak inside.......naruto didn't even new his parents....
3. wining fights only doesn't shows the power of a ninja, jiraya is no doubtly the most powerful among the sanins, and talking about not been able to defeat orochimaru even with assistence from tsunade....that time jiraya was already way much weakened by tsunade's potion.
4.AND PLEASE ALL OF U DON'T FORGET THAT IT WAS NARUTO WHO DEFEATED GAARA,NOT SASUKE....SASUKE WAS NO MATCH FOR GAARA THEN....
5.Without orochimaro's power sasuske would't bee able able to even come close to defeating deadra, cause without been able to fly sasuke would hav been long dead....
