They both have their dumb moments... but here's the truth: Sasuke's highs are higher then Naruto's - Is this even debatable? Show me Naruto doing something on the level of Sasuke's performance against Deidara WITHOUT Intel and help - That's where the true test is... being able to break down a completely unknown Jutsu, staying two steps ahead, having a back-up... all these variables... and No Intel.

Naruto has more raw destructive power by feats, well guess what? Sasuke by feats and hype is the smarter of the two not only in general but also in battle.

lol wut? Sasuke never used high level genjutsu like KA or tsukuyomy.

He used Genjutsu on a high enough level that Deidara, someone who trained his left eye to see through Genjutsu, couldn't see through; he also used a Genjutsu that not even Danzo with his Sharingan could see through.
