Sasuke is not smarter than Naruto battlewise he has portrayed himself to be quite dumb in the past like him rushing into battle whilst Madara stabbing him through the chest Naruto plans his attacks though sometimes I must admit he let his emotions get the better of him but now he grown upp....That's all I wanna say Spartan king out.

It wasn't after killing Itachi, becuz Sasuke did pretty well in the Danzo fight, but after attaining EMS Sasuke started screwing up A LOT. If it were emotions then I'd expect him to be dumbed down especially in the Danzo fight, so the only logical reason i can think of is that kishi just decided to make Sasuke that way during that time

Well, killer Bee was a high Kage level opponent and Sasuke's natural counter in about every area. Anyone would expect him to fare badly.

I agree with you. Naruto is a brilliant fighter. He makes some bonehead decisions sometimes but overall he is one of the smartest. Even Tobirama took note of this. I think Sasuke just has an high IQ so he's very good with analysis and strategy. Naruto is better at just adjusting on the fly.
