Because in order to awaken the MS, the closest person to you has to die in front of you ( or you kill him, not sure about this though). and at that time, Itachi was the person Sasuke felt closest to!

It says you have to kill your best friend to get it and the time he hated his brother.. You know the truth about his clan. And did you even bother looking at the proof I just gave you. You can't argue with it it's the only way he got it

It doesn't say it but it shows it. Itachi coughs up blood In his hand when itachi pokes sasukes forhead he falls and drags his hand down sasukes face. The blood slowly went into his left eye then his eye started bleeding

because he never witnessed them die and he hadn't awakened sharingan at that point also if the blood had something to do with anything it would be his brothers amaterasu that acyivated on tobi and ms awakens from the death of a close one thats why it is a cursed clan if all it needed was blood then they wouldnt be any need for killing ur best friends

But this was a first time instance so No one knew of it... And how can u activate Amaterasu without ms? Ur point is wrong

The thing is Tsukuyomi is an advanced form of Genjutsu and Itachi's form was powerful when he trapped Kakashi in it during part 1. When in it, the user COMPLETELY controls the space and the darkness becomes the light. We haven't seen Sasuke use anything like this yet. Sasuke probably doesn't know how yet or hasn't perfected it. He is an Uchiha with EMS, the 2nd Uchiha to reach this stage and he still doesn't know how to use Izanagi, Izanami, or Tsukuyomi. He's gone through his eye stages rapidly. He got Mangekyou when he defeated Itachi. He got EMS a little while after. He hasn't learned everything yet.

Where are people getting this 'blood transfer' stuff gave Sasuke Itachi's Mangekyo techniques from. The author clearly showed that the poke Itachi gave Sasuke is how the power was transfer. The transfer of power was only briefly, and would dissipate after Amaterasu was cast on Tobi. It was a one time deal, which held Itachi's intention to kill Tobi before he revealed the truth to Sasuke.

Just re watch/read the anime and manga and see that it was itachi's mangekyou that shot amaterasu and tobi explained it..then afer truth was told we saw his mangekyou, ie after he felt his loss his ms activated

some character said that amaterasu was a rare eye tech ......only some have it ....dont know about tsukuyomi and same goes for MS coz it needs your best friend to get killed or special something lets say ....
so MS is a special eye everyones is different except 1-3 tomoe sharingan ....so lets say powers are also different except tsukuyomi coz its something similar to genjutsu just that time is different from real world .......well so for activating susanoo....i dont think you need to have both of them coz if it was that then edo madara would have just used amatersu and tsukuyomi to those hokages and over( just an example)...and tobi would have used it in fight against konan....
it would make sense if i say that you get susanoo automatically when you activate MS but just need to figure out or train how to release and control it and some special power like making amaterasu disappear
for how sasuke got MS it was probably caused by the death of itachi as comparing what itachi said ..."to activate MS whoever is closest to you must die" ofcourse itachi was closest coz he never stopped thinking about him and the rage towards konoha made it appear .....

Sorry i have to disagree.. i'm not a sasuke fan boy and quite frankly i dont even like sasuke. but he does have tusukyomi.. he used it on the eight tails.. but like everybody else is saying the reason he doesnt really use it is because his isnt nothing compared to itachi's

So what about enton: Magatama and Shield of black flames? These are all Enton derived Jutsu's along with Kagutsuchi... are you saying he unlocked 4 MS techs + Susanoo? No. None of the derived Jutsu's of Enton are his MS techs and I have already explained why enton itself isn't either, I don't want to keep repeating myself. Refer back to post 214.
Sasuke simply has an affinity towards Blaze Release whilst Itachi has an affinity towards his Yin Release, which is why he is so proficient in genjutsu's and can manipulate time etc. Enton cant be an MS technique, it is a Nature type.

When a person unlocks a Ems the following abilities are guaranteed:

1. Susano'o

2. Amaterasu

3. Tsukuyomi.


Those are the 3 automatic abilities for a MS user that is a uchiha... As you can See a non-uchiha with a MS cannot do all those. But instead they got a special ability, Kamui
