Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi

As of lately I've been stressing this fact. The ability that comes from Sasuke's are Amaterasu and Enton Kagutsuchi, being able to use both the abilities in his Mangekyo allowed him to awaken Susano'o. The whole Kage Summit blatantly shows us this. When we Sasuke after the eye transplant, Sasuke has gained the ability to use Tsukuyomi, whether or not we will see it is completely up to the author.

If Sasuke didn't have Tsukuyomi, then Danzo's comment would make no sense, as there would be absolutely no reason to criticize a weaker genjutsu for being weaker or apply Itachi's unique ability to manipulate time to the situation.

You can point to any/everything you want but the simple fact is he has never been shown to use it.

During the Killer Bee fight, Bee is shown to be in a genjutsu state that was brought on by Sasuke's MS Sharingan, and the genjutsu world looks just like Itachi's Tsukuyomi. Your move.

They're saying "ahh it's in the databook, so it must be true" I have already stated that the databook becomes reasonably inaccurate after it is release, since it can can't keep up with the current manga facts and feats.

Do you know what a Jutsu is? Blaze Release isn't a jutsu, it is a nature type.

So what about enton: Magatama and Shield of black flames? These are all Enton derived Jutsu's along with Kagutsuchi... are you saying he unlocked 4 MS techs + Susanoo? No. None of the derived Jutsu's of Enton are his MS techs and I have already explained why enton itself isn't either, I don't want to keep repeating myself. Refer back to post 214.
Sasuke simply has an affinity towards Blaze Release whilst Itachi has an affinity towards his Yin Release, which is why he is so proficient in genjutsu's and can manipulate time etc. Enton cant be an MS technique, it is a Nature type.

Actually, now that Sasuke has Itachi's eyes, maybe Itachi's ocular powers which would involve Tsukyomi transferred into Sasuke as well. I'll also note that perhaps Sasuke had access to Tsukyomi but never knew how to use it properly or never knew how to use it at all. Just like every Uchiha is capable of using Izanagi and Izanami but only a few of them knew how to use it. It's not like they automatically learn how to use every technique their eyes grant them as soon as they awaken them.

Let's see ur proof beacuse sasuke didn't kill itachi the only thing that killed itachi was his disease.... Sasuke got it through blood transfer it's shows it In the manga...

I've checked it.
Itachi was only talking about the 3rd technique that awakened along with Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. That doesn't necessarily mean that only Tsukuyomi + Amaterasu can awaken Susano'o.

According to Sasuke, only those that possess the double mangekyou can awaken Susano'o.
The TYPES of two MS required is irrelevant, just have two sharingan eyes with MS in them, and you're good to go.

Personally, I believe that EMS Sasuke (with Itachi's eyes) has tsukuyomi, but hasn't got any need to use it yet.

Sasuke may not need to have Tsukuyomi to use Susanoo, because of his eyes are different from everyone elses, maybe his ms was special among others because instead of it being red outside and black center his was the opposite way around.

Shisui can use Mangekyou Technique " KOTOAMATSUKAMI "
It might be possible that he could use Amaterasu since Danzo took one of his eye which can release Amaterasu, but Danzo wanted to use it for Genjutsu or Izanagi.(This genjutsu is different from Kotoamatsukami because Shisui was famous for his genjutsu manipulation techniques and he will not use Kotoamatsukami anytime because it will activate after a long time once used.). The other eye of Shisui was taken by Itachi and the most important thing is that eye was prepared for Kotoamatsukami.

Itachi's one eye releases Amaterasu while the other uses Tsukuyomi.Since he awakened powers in both the eyes, he activates Susano'o

While Sasuke's one eye uses Amaterasu while the other can manipulate the flames and can extinguish them as well.Sasuke also activated Susano'o after activating the power of manipulating Amaterasu flames in the other eye.

Its like they get a different power after getting MS->Amaterasu

About Madara, don't know because he haven't used them yet except Amaterasu.

Because in order to awaken the MS, the closest person to you has to die in front of you ( or you kill him, not sure about this though). and at that time, Itachi was the person Sasuke felt closest to!
