No I was talking about totsuka/yata, he obtained those weapons through some other means.

Tsukuyomi/ama (Itachi's double mangekyou) is needed in order to unlock his susanoo, however they all awaken at the same time.

For GOD'S SAKE, Tsukyomi and Genjutsu are two different things. Tsukuyomi is a special Genjutsu.
Genjutsu doesn't manipulates time
Tsukuyomi does.
Itachi manipulates the time within one second.
Sasuke casted Genjutsu on Killer Bee which was moving with the time.
Sasuke used Genjutsu on Danzo which moved with time.
In other words that wasn't even Tsukuyomi.

thats because itachi MASTERED tsukuyomi so he can controlled the actually time inside the world sasuke was never a genjustu type to begin with hence why he doesnt have control over the time

Also if he got those attacks then what is so special about his Amaterasu, it would similar to what Itachi had.

I'm not skipping the panel dumbo. Sasuke turned back holding his eye with ease. Means breaking of a normal Genjutsu which shocked him a little.
On the other hand, the Great Itachi's Tsukuyomi, which you all mentioned to be stronger than Sasuke, (according to you) made Itachi fall on his knees after it was broken.
In case Sasuke, he would be screaming in pain holding his eye.

thats the mentality of most of you on here...if i havent seen it then it doesnt exist. thats why requirement of jutsu's are stated not alot has been should about madara and his ems sharingan the only ms power he shown so far is susanoo which kish already stated the requirements.

Any doubts? Enton is Sasuke's second power along with Amaterasu and possesses several useful abilities.
It would be too inconvenient. Otherwise he would have first to create the orb of black flames in Susanoo's third hand by casting a flame at its hand, etc. Instead, the orb is already present when Susanoo is activated.

that's what I'm asking. If there's nothing special about getting a susano'o then why his MS powers aren't shown.
And the moment he uses, you all who blabber about Sasuke having Tsukuyomi will get a facepalm. And still there are scans which proves that he doesn't have. And don't ask for them because they are already shown but you are not agreeing with it. That's all.
