watch the video guy sasuke strained and had his hand over the eye he used.

lol, that's the same thing which manga had and there's no sound effect provided for like strained or he's in pain in the manga. Sasuke only turned back holding his eye. Now I need to say that prove on manga basis and not on anime. We already have lot many mistakes which appeared in the anime.

You're right if we are only talking about normal MS, but EMS grants all of the powers of both sets of eyes. This is the case for all transplanted eyes. If it wasn't, then how would Danzo be able to use Kotoamatsukami on Mifune? The answer is simple: If you have an eye transplanted, you get the power.

No, EMS grants the user the ability to spam MS jutsus without ANY drawbacks. This is the only thing that EMS is said to grant, there is no proof stating that EMS grats the user both sets of abilities.

EMS eyes merge together, they dont transplant. If they didnt merge then sasuke (by your logic) would only have Itachi's abilities. EMS is a combination of two sets of eyes, not a transplant between the two.

& in any case its fact that there are only 3 MS jutsus, sasuke has shown us all 3 by name so he doesnt have another one.

He still doesn't have and you can't argue with this.

If he got Itachi's eyes now then his Tsukuyomi must be powerful as Itachi's. Then why is he sticking to normal Genjutsu?
This means that he doesn't have. Itachi's eyes are only supporting Sasuke's MS powers and not providing him anything new.

This doesn't necessarily mean that his tsukuyomi would be as good as Itachi's just because he has Itachi's tsukuyomi. Remember, Itachi can manipulate time in his,but he doesn't have to. (He didn't manipulate time when he forced Kabuto to stop edo tensei). This means that time manipulation is just something that Itachi adds using skill. It is not an inherent part of every tsukuyomi usage. The key word that I just used was the word "skill". Sasuke simply doesn't have the skill that Itachi does. Think of tsukuyomi like a skateboard. Tony Hawk can do all kinds of tricks with his board. I can only barely ride one. If Hawk gives me his board, will that mean that I can suddenly do all of his tricks? No. However, will the fact that I suck at skate boarding mean that I don't have the board? No.

So the same applies here. Itachi is best at Genjutsu that's why he got a power named Tsukuyomi other than a normal Genjutsu.
Similarly Sasuke isn't good at Genjutsu so he possess only Genjutsu. There's no such thing as "WEAK TSUKUYOMI" and "STRONG TSUKUYOMI".
Since Itachi gave a small portion of Amaterasu power to Sasuke in order to kill Tobi, Sasuke awakened Tsukuyomi.
And to talk about Sasuke's Genjutsu, it wasn't even that bad. We all know he beat Orochimaru and Deidara with Genjutsu.
But still he doesn't have a Tsukuyomi.

Since the Tsukuyomi was shown and Itachi mentioned his conditions of getting Susano'o are Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, most of the people started considering the fact that Sasuke also got the same things.
But when Sasuke used Amaterasu, there was a difficult situation infront of him. Similarly when he extinguished the flames from Karin.
In both the cases, he had difficult situations and there were no other option for him except overcoming them. And that's how he got two powers, Amaterasu and Enton (Amaterasu manipulation)
The situation where he used Genjutsu on KillerBee wasn't difficult for him to dodge since he got a Sharingan which can anticipate moves and can be avoided.
He never used Genjutsu in the future and he awakened Susano'o. Whereas he was spamming Amaterasu and Enton the whole time and awakened Susano'o.
I hope this explains Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi.

I know the eyes merge. The word transplant simply means that a body part is taken from one body and inserted into another. It doesn't matter if it is merging with something. It is still by dictionary definition considered a transplant. Furthermore, you say that there is no proof that EMS grants you all the powers of both eyes, but there is also no proof that EMS doesn't do this. It would actually make more sense for the EMS to give all 6 powers than it would for it not to. Think about this : If I somehow fused an orange and an apple, do you really think that this new fruit would just be a bigger orange? No. It would have properties of both the orange and the apple. Plus, neither Kishi nor the manga ever explicitly said that you could only have 3 powers. We just took that as common sense since you can use your left eye, your right eye or both at the same time. EMS however, has not really been dived into that much.

Doesnt matter, its not his eye anymore, its a brand new eye that encompasses his old abilities.

Furthermore, you say that there is no proof that EMS grants you all the powers of both eyes, but there is also no proof that EMS doesn't do this.

What EMS grants the user has already been stated; the mangekyou without drawbacks. Sasuke merely has his mangekyou abilities but without any pain/blindness. There is nothing to suggest that EMS grants the user the previous abilities of the dead brother. Following this logic I can say that obito has all the rinnegan abilities because there is nothing to suggest he doesnt.

It would actually make more sense for the EMS to give all 6 powers than it would for it not to. Think about this : If I somehow fused an orange and an apple, do you really think that this new fruit would just be a bigger orange? No. It would have properties of both the orange and the apple.

Lol you are comparing EMS to fusing two fruits together? This is completely different, lol.. EMS is said to grant the user "eternal light", nothing more. You are simply trying to create reasons as to why it's logical for all 6 abilities to be transferred, however manga disagrees.

Plus, neither Kishi nor the manga ever explicitly said that you could only have 3 powers. We just took that as common sense since you can use your left eye, your right eye or both at the same time. EMS however, has not really been dived into that much.

Itachi told us that the third & final power is susanoo, meaning that there are two jutsus before it. Plus kishi told us what EMS grants the user, there is nothing which says that you gain all the MS abilities of the eyes you take.

Double mangekyo means, both MS must possess powers to awaken Susano'o. Madara already got EMS, that means he possess his own unique MS powers.

Don't worry. I am not going by that outdated data book, nor am I going by that genjutsu in the fight with Bee. However, your logic would imply that tsukuyomi and sharingan genjutsu are the same thing. You said that there is no such thing as weak tsukuyomi and strong tsukuyomi. In response to this, let me ask you a question. Do you think that Konohamaru doesn't have rasengan? I ask this because Naruto's rasengans are clearly bigger and stronger than Konohamaru's. This fact is obvious. By your logic, Konohamaru doesn't have rasengan because his is weaker. Just like the rasengan, all jutsus have levels of power that vary according to the skill of the user. Tsukuyomi is no different. Going back to analogies, Itachi's eye is like a plate. Tsukuyomi is like raw bacon on that plate. Cooking the bacon is like using tsukuyomi. You can cook your bacon in a stove and make it warm and tasty. This symbolizes Itachi's skill with tsukuyomi. You could also cook your bacon in the microwave, making it taste decent but not as good as it would be if it was put in the stove. This symbolizes Sasuke's skill. Your final option is to just leave it raw and not eat it at all. This symbolizes not using tsukuyomi at all, which is generally the path Sasuke takes. No matter which path you choose however, you still have the bacon (no matter how good or nasty it is).
