Now explain me why he GOT AMATERASU MANIPULATION AND TSUKUYOMI IN THE SAME EYE?

Also the Data book thing. The whole thing about Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Susano'o, Totsuka sword and Yata Mirror..... everything is under the title "ITACHI UCHIHA".

So since when is it normal for a uchiha to hold his eye for a "normal" genjutsu? Only MS techniques put strain on the eye so your entire statement about him not having it is debunked. We have already seen other MS powers like KotoAmatsukami and Kamui.
Also the other eye of each Obit and Shisui got other powers
Like
Kakashi can teleport people or things which are at a distance. He kamui'd himself by focusing on his hand placed on his Sharigan
whereas, Obito can use Kamui only by touching people or subtance. Also the same eye got the power of becoming intangibility.

Talking about Shisui, the one which Danzo got can manipulate other without knowing the one who's been the target whereas the eye which Itachi had can be used with an "order".
They didn't got Susano'o because the user of the eyes were not the same person.
