Why didn't Kishi say it during an interview? Because he didn't feel the need to, when it is shown in the manga itself that Sasuke uses 2 distinct techniques from his eyes. He didn't think that people would be stupid enough to ignore visual and verbal evidence from the manga. The manga is the law!

Also, why would Sasuke just use a random Shape Manipulating jutsu from his Right Mangekyou eye and say the name of a Shinto Deity out loud? Hasn't it occurred to you that it is a real jutsu of his MS?

You might be interested to know that Itachi also uses a different eye to control the flames i.e turn them off. As previously stated, kaguchi is simply manipulating pre existing amaterasu flames. Giving it a fancy shinto deity name doesnt change that fact.

It is directly stated in the manga in the Viz Scans I have provided.

@ Bold, you never read the thread! I have shown two separate instances where Sasuke uses strain causing Genjutsu from both his eyes. Which proves it isn't Tsukuyomi, because that can exist only in one of his eyes! It is a Visual Genjutsu amplified by his MS.
