ok this is probably accurate sometimes..
but
before he left for Oro to become strong enough for Itachi he risked his life for Naruto vs Haku..
but he was apart of that fight and he wanted to survive .. Naruto motivated him in the FOD vs Oro..
um.. He fought for Sakura vs Zaku.. he didn't want any of his friends and loved ones to die again
referring to team 7 while inspired by his clan's demise. Also wanted to save Karin vs Bee..
and take the Amateratsu off of her. After that he had gone pretty wild again and reckless . :sasuke: Lol
Now he's doing everything for Itachi I guess. :itachi:

Sasuke does not have a Kage mindset. He is too one-dimensional and does not think of the greater good of all of Konoha or people in general. Example:

not a chance....as much respect as i have for sasuke...he needs to get a pad bc his man period is ridiculous and by the looks of it hesonly fighting alongside everyone else to save his own ass...an even if he were to become hokage the villiage would be in ruins but thats just my opinion..

Sasuke deserted the village out of his own selfishness. He then conspired to destroy the leaf village and even helped the akatsuki capture a piece of the 8 tails. Sasuke does NOT deserve to be the Hokage or even a higher up leaf official. If he really wants back in to the village he can get a job shoveling ninja cat shit and then work his way back up the ladder.

A kage-level ninja, when stated in a forum, is talking about how "He'd beat other kages". He is definately in top ten.
BUT, he and Naruto are both not ready to be Hokage. Sasuke couldn't care less about people and Naruto...well, the village would economically be destroyed in a year. They both have a lot to go. Also, both have emotional issues. Sasuke's being bipolar/nonexistant and Naruto's where his emotions can cloud his judgement. But at least Naruto's can make him try harder.
Btw, the hokage canidates go like this:
1. Kakashi: strong+qualified for the job.
2. Naruto: Battle strategy+strongest in Village but not a good "political" leader.
3. Shikamaru: Very smart and qualified. However, he's jonin level at best in power.
4. Sasuke: He has all the Political qualities a Kage needs. He just lacks caring for others. And is bipolar.
Gai shouldn't be counted into this, because he isn't a good political leader, is too emotional, and would probably make everyone wear green jumpsuits. I'd give the village a week to survive.
Sakura...how should I say this? She would be okay, but she's even more emotional than her teammates. COMBINED. If one of her close friends became evil and ran off, she wouldn't be able to stop them/kill them if need be.

How is Naruto...NARUTO!!!! Wiser than Sasuke... that is like saying Rock Lee is wiser than Neji XD Does Naruto know about the truth between Madara and Hashirama or the founding of Konoha... Does Naruto know about the strife behind Konohas founding... I think not... And to those who say...Assume is only doing this for Itachi, you are wrong! He is seriously trying to better the shinobi world but is going about it his way... Just like Naruto is going about changing the shinobi world in his own way as well... and quite frankly I agree with Sasukes methods better since Naruto is quite...erm..

Just gonna be blunt and straight to the point. As of right now in the manga, YES, he does have the mindset of a Hokage, not completely but he's getting there, a lot more than Naruto.

1, so far who has made better decision in the manga?
2. has Naruto ever lost a fight? against a Kage?
3. has Sasuke ever lost a fight against a kage?
4. who is a better wielder of chakra?
so what if sasuke knows what happened a few generations ago, fact is Naruto doesn't know much about the past yet has acted right all along, he is WISE ENOUGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS EVIL IS AND HE PARTS FROM IT, sASUKE RUNS TOWARDS IT LIKE A FOOL.

Sasuke has gotten a lot stronger since than. Heck, at the time he fought Bee, he was actually weaker than before. He lost his cursemark and had never used Mangekyou before.
If you don't think Sasuke is kage level in power, than you're being biased towards his character.
Actually, that was around the time Naruto fought Pein. If you're going by those feats, than Naruto isn't in top ten.

A common misconception is that Dictators are bad politically. They can actually be very good leaders. Danzo for example, is technically a dictator. He would've been a better Hokage than most of the previous ones, just not a well liked one.
Naruto has a lot of maturing in the ways of, "Finance, business relations, and overall economical stability." But like I said, he would still be a better Kage then every other ninja in the village besides Kakashi.

even gambler tsunade not ruined economical stability in konoha... naruto was better with this things.
