In the Last there was a shot of him without his Rinnegan on I can find it for you. Problem is Kishi never draws him with both normal eyes, so Sasuke's Rinnegan works diffirently from other eyes. For example, he doesn't need to switch to sharingan to use Amaterasu. So I'm thinking his Rinnegan is like an all in one eye.

No that's not the reason.

The reason is because itachi's eyes were compatible to his own, The same reason why the He gained EMS.

The reason he gained EMS is because he transplanted his brother eyes, and all eyes are "compatible" as we saw in the manga, since you can just put an eye with doujutsu activated in your eye socket and you will be able to use it, but won't be able to deactivate it if you are not a member of this clan since you were not born with an ability to do so.

Also I wouldn't take "The Last" serious. Naruto movies always tends to have a lot of mistakes. Sasuke without rinnegan or having his kusanagi sword back are few of them.

Well the statement with EMS is true, however earlier you also said that compatible eyes are also the reason you can deactivate them which is not true. Madara could turn off Obito's MS if he wanted, since he's an Uchiha.

Actually, Madara's Indra Chakra merged with Ashura's (Hashirama's) Chakra which left him with only Rikudou's chakra while Sasuke not only possessed Indra's Chakra, but received Hagoromo's chakra as an additive as well.

Sasuke = Indra + Rikudou
Madara = Rikudou

Because Sasuke acquired so many different chakras/dna throughout his life before awakening the rinnegan. So it won't be the exact same just like momoshiki is different.

Those are her normal eyes even though they don't have the same details other characters do. This is what a byakugan looks like. Notice the veins and details in the eye that Hinata lacks in the pic I posted.

Veins only mean her Byakugan powers are activated but even in base mode she still has Byakugan but without the powers, purple/white eyes with no pupils aren't normal eyes.

how come Madara switched into EMS to put genjutsu on Ay and why did he have diffirent eyes when he finally died. Also Hinata's eyes being pupiless aren't signs of a byakugan. Mito's eyes look just like the Hyuuga's.

Edo Madara had a fake Rinnegan, and he was never able to revert his real eyes. Mito's eyes are black in colour, she never had dojutsu.
