all those poeple had their dojutsu physically transplated. That is not the case for Sasuke because the manga said he awakened it.

The problem is why sasuke got a different eye to madara.
When Madara unlocked Hagoromo's chakra he got the Dual rinnegan, Sasuke who is the same as Madara Got a Tomoed single Eye. He is no more speical than madara, both have Indra's power. If anything madara was closer to the sage due to having both sons Dna/Chakra and the juubi.
The reason he gained EMS is because he transplanted his brother eyes, and all eyes are "compatible" as we saw in the manga, since you can just put an eye with doujutsu activated in your eye socket and you will be able to use it, but won't be able to deactivate it if you are not a member of this clan since you were not born with an ability to do so.
Also I wouldn't take "The Last" serious. Naruto movies always tends to have a lot of mistakes. Sasuke without rinnegan or having his kusanagi sword back are few of them.
Well the statement with EMS is true, however earlier you also said that compatible eyes are also the reason you can deactivate them which is not true. Madara could turn off Obito's MS if he wanted, since he's an Uchiha.
Actually, Madara's Indra Chakra merged with Ashura's (Hashirama's) Chakra which left him with only Rikudou's chakra while Sasuke not only possessed Indra's Chakra, but received Hagoromo's chakra as an additive as well.
Sasuke = Indra + Rikudou

Because Sasuke acquired so many different chakras/dna throughout his life before awakening the rinnegan. So it won't be the exact same just like momoshiki is different.

Those aren't normal eyes, they're still Byakugan. I'm talking about black/blue/green pupils like base Naruto and base Uchiha

Those are her normal eyes even though they don't have the same details other characters do. This is what a byakugan looks like. Notice the veins and details in the eye that Hinata lacks in the pic I posted.

Veins only mean her Byakugan powers are activated but even in base mode she still has Byakugan but without the powers, purple/white eyes with no pupils aren't normal eyes.

yeah but in the image the guy posted she had purple eyes, in either case it's a Byakugan in base mode not a normal eye. Rinnegan users can't revert back to normal eyes the same way Hyuga can't.

how come Madara switched into EMS to put genjutsu on Ay and why did he have diffirent eyes when he finally died. Also Hinata's eyes being pupiless aren't signs of a byakugan. Mito's eyes look just like the Hyuuga's.

Edo Madara had a fake Rinnegan, and he was never able to revert his real eyes. Mito's eyes are black in colour, she never had dojutsu.
