If you're immortal, you can't get stronger on your own. You need an outside source such as the bijuus or NE for sage mode. This is anime law 101 right here.

If you can get stronger on your own without an outside source while being immortal, Then you're not truly immortal.

Rikudou Sasuke = Indra + Hagoromo chakra


Give Sasuke the power of a JuubiJin and he would be a level above JJ Jadara, take away the Juubi from Madara and his eye power would be a level below Rikudou Sasuke's
