I think they are arguing about the scan where Sasuke states "Over the course of the battle, I've gotten used to my (or some) Rinnegan abilities"

Obviously he only means the Rinnegan abilities that he has seen thus far through battle.

Well logic suggests that easier stuff are the ones that are easier to preform to, Also I never said that sasuke had full control over deva I just said that he used CT which is much more complex than levitating, so yeah, dunno where you got that from.

He couldn't use everything because his rinnegan was still new as Kurama said. Otherwise the fight wouldve been over pretty quick.

And 1 needs to learn an ability first to utilize it.

Ok. Show me a panel in which sasuke has learned petra/CT/outter path. That panel shows actually nothing but sasuke not being able to use two abilities at once, which isn't the case in here, Sasuke eye being new should have not let him use CT or at least ****ing outter path..............The concept of learning stuff in NV is flawed, one would come up with shit that he never witnessed or learned his whole life just by getting a power, so I wouldn't necessarily use that as an argument or at least not when the manag is clearly contradicting with what kurama was saying.

PP seems like an easy tech, yet it doesn't allow him to be used with other techs. My point was, he was inexperienced. If Nagato, who is not even the original owner of Rinnegan, can perform levitation via Deva, then full mastery should allow Madara and Sasuke the same courtesy. That is all.

Do you realize all or most of Narutos powers were subconscious abilities gained instantly. I guess it only levels out due to fact his power made up for his slow learning.
