I dont think so. I guess the difficult part of this kind of CT is to turn the opponent into the cores. As the bijuus got the rinnegan eye, they were already prepared as cores and so they already lost. Afterwards Sasuke only had to clap.
It's probably much harder to do this with Naruto.
