sasori's 3rd kazekage puppet is said to be abel to form any shape he wants with the iron sand and we've seen he can cover a wide space of it with iron sand spikes, with world order. and he can use it like missiles, with iron drizzle. magnet release makes all iron weapons useless. its basically gonna be an iron version of this
sasori was punched into pieces by sakura and he just reformed again.
tsunade lacks the antidote if shes cut even once.

since when? OP states she has no knowledge at all on sasori
sasori wont underestimate tsunade the way he underestimated sakura. he thought sakura fallen to poison and sakura having antidote caught him off guard
even tsunade cant smash 100 peopel all trying to kil her with poison
sakura saw it coming because she watched sasoris fingerr movements carefully
sasori was on a much higher level than any other puppet master in the series

Sakura did not develop an antidote- she carried out a specialised medical TECHNIQUE on Kankuro taught to her by Tsunade herself. Now Tsunade has also taught Shizune who as we know is an expert is poisons so it goes without saying that Tsunade is an expert in the posion department. Also she is about 100 times a better healer than Sakura so what's so to say she doesn't have ways of countering poisons. Also if any of her organs or body parts are affected she can regenerate them instantly (Byakugou)

if sakura had no antidote then how is it she got scratched yet could still fight when its stated one scratch means your out of the fight?
sasori says so. he said that making a counter to his poison is ridiculously hard and if you make a single mistake your ****ed. sakura took HOURS to make ONE bottle of antidote and even then only enough for 3 minutes
that shortens her life and makes her cough up blood

Tsuande - kage, hokage, and easily has more strength then Sakura ...without using charka fueled punches.

Don't forget the fact she destory Susano arm/sword in one punch and used it against Madara.

Lolololo, are you forgetting the fact Tsunade can identify any type of poison?
And can heal it within a milsecond ( exaggeration )

You are underestimating her abilities. She dont need antitode, because she can regenerate the infected parts of her body easily. She broke the Susanoo and his sword. One punch and Sasori is defeated.

Sasori is the bad match up for Tsunade
1. Byakugō will continue to heal Tsunade yes but not forever, how is Tsunade going to out last a person with unlimited stamina Sasori doesn't have a pyschial body he doesn't tire out.
2. Tsuande a close range fighter as were Sasori is a long range fighter also with a stamina that out last Tsunade bad combination.
3. Sasori has a intelligent mind as well you think any regular ninja can just take core and make that there only living body part clearly he knows how the body functions & if he's intelligent to make a poison that destroys the cells.
4. Tsuade one punch isn't destroy Sasori body because Sakura already did and his body just repair it self.

her technique doesnt work like that. poison isnt a physical wound caused by a sword. it gets into the bloodstream and numbs tsunade's senses, knocking her out in an instant
if she tries close combat vs sasori, thats just asking to be scratched.
and is she smarter/faster than chiyo? chiyo said you need knowledge of sasoris traps to be able to fight against him.
poisons not a physical wound. its more like flower tree world, numbing up her senses and nerves
destructive capacity =/= ability to defeat someone. you think sasoris not equally immortal? his body feels no pain and can reassemble.
